Absolutely loving the new pods and the batteries. Have been using them since they released and don't see myself going back to the disposables. Excellent draw, battery life and designs!
Again great work everyone at budtender 🙏
The new batteries are amazing and I really love the first batch of designs they’ve come out with, this one being the one I went with in the end. They make it so easy to use with the new pods. It’s sleek, quick to use, easy to conceal or carry around and overall feels like a much more premium experience than the old disposables.
The screen for being able to see the battery life and exact wattage is a huge game changer, so much better then relying on the old coloured LED system. The only reason I give these a 4/5 is because of the lack of controls. To change the wattage, you have to rapidly remove and reinsert the pod 3 times which just feels awkward to do and is hard to get right consistently. I also imagine it can’t be great for the battery or pods to be doing that a lot.
But I’m in the Discord and have seen them already discussing new drafts and designs and did specifically mention adding a more premium option with controls, which would make it the perfect device for me.
So all in all, we’re almost close to perfect but just not quite there, though I’ve no doubt BT will get there eventually. Still a device well worth the money.
