Approximate delivery times are:
- Ireland - 1 to 5 days
- UK & mainland Europe - 1 to 16 days
- USA - 5 to 24 days
- Rest of the World - 8 to 24 days
Please note: Busy periods such as New Launches and Promotions delivery may take longer than usual.
Unclaimed, Misdelivered, or Failed Delivery Policy
If your order is not collected within the carrier’s holding period or if delivery attempts are unsuccessful, the package will be returned to us.
- Refunds: We’ll refund the product price once it’s returned. Shipping costs (including return shipping) are non-refundable. If shipping was free, we may deduct our actual shipping cost.
- Return Timeline: The return process may take approximately 10–15 working days, depending on the shipment’s origin and the courier’s handling time.
- Reshipping: You can request reshipment by paying a new shipping fee once we receive the item.
- Exceptions: Custom or perishable items may not be refundable.
Vat & Duty
VAT & duty are always the customer’s responsibility.
- UK Orders: All orders to the UK with a value above £130 will be liable for VAT & duty on arrival.
- Canada Orders: All orders to Canada with a value above $20 CAD will be liable for VAT & duty on arrival.
- Important: VAT & duty are calculated on the full value of the goods as declared to customs and do not take discounts or promotions into account.
