Budtender Return & Refund Policy
At Budtender, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, we offer a 14-day return policy on unopened and unused items. Please read our return and refund guidelines below:
Return Eligibility:
- You have 14 days from the date of purchase to return items that are unused and unopened.
- Unfortunately, if 14 days have passed since your purchase, or if the item has been opened or used, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.
Return Process:
- Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you via email to confirm that your return has been processed.
- If your return is approved, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days depending on your bank.
Late or Missing Refunds:
If you haven’t received your refund yet, please follow these steps:
- Double-check your bank account to confirm whether the money was deducted. If the refund was processed near the purchase date, the funds might not have been withdrawn from your account at all.
- Contact your credit card company, as it may take some time for the refund to officially post.
- Contact your bank, as there may be a processing delay.
- If you’ve done all of the above and still haven’t received your refund, please reach out to us at info@thebudtender.ie.
Sale Items:
- Only regular-priced items are eligible for a refund. Sale items cannot be refunded.

Final Sale: Discounted products are not replaceable or returnable.

A discount product is any product that is offered at a lower price due to:

Promotions or sales events (e.g. holiday sales, clearance, flash sales)

Use of product discount codes or coupons

Bundled deals where a discount is applied when purchased with other items

Overstock or end-of-line clearance

Product imperfections or open-box items
Discounts can be expressed as a percentage off (e.g. 20% off), a fixed amount off (e.g. €10 off), or as part of a promotional offer (e.g. buy one, get one 50% off).

Exchanges:
- We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange a defective or damaged item for the same product, please contact us at info@thebudtender.ie
Return Shipping:
- You will be responsible for paying your own return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
- If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund?
- If you are returning an item over €66, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
International Shipping:
- International shipping is available. VAT and duty charges are the responsibility of the customer.
- For orders to the UK valued over £130, VAT and duty will apply on arrival.
Shipping Information:
- We require a phone number for all deliveries so that the courier can contact you.
- Please ensure your Eircode (for Ireland) or postal code is correct when placing your order, as we are not responsible for deliveries to incorrect addresses.
ID Verification
Orders placed without appropriate ID will be refunded, minus a €5 administration fee.
If no valid ID is provided within two weeks, the order will be automatically cancelled and refunded, with a €5 administration fee deducted.
