K. My first time trying the 3ML range of live resin. The first product that arrived was faulty but the customer service rep (Jane) was very friendly to helping me out. I sent a video of the fault, she confirmed it was faulty and sent me a new one.
Game changing. The 3 modes of strength is very useful, and the preheating tool is next level if you want a one hitter quitter on top heat.
Very comfortable to hold, great taste and dank.
As long as the 3ML is an option I will be sticking my guns on it and highly recommend you go for it too.
